Nothing about your life will change while you're gone. How you carry it when you get home will.
No crystals. No mimosas. No one telling you what to believe.
Eleven questions. Find out which survival pattern you've been running, and why the habits and the boundaries and the mindset work never quite fixed it.

It arrives within a few minutes. Read it on your own time. Nobody calls you.
If any of this is familiar
You're the one everyone leans on, and there's nobody standing behind you.
You've been braced for so long you've stopped noticing you're doing it.
You took the vacation. You came home and picked the weight right back up.
Your body is keeping score, even when you tell everyone you're fine.
Three minutes, eleven questions
You've changed the habits. You've fixed the boundaries. You've done the mindset work. And you keep ending up in the same place, because the pattern isn't in your thinking, it's in your body. The quiz names which survival pattern you've been running, and Kelsey walks you through what usually travels with it.

Not a spa weekend. Not therapy. Not another book you'll finish and shelve. This is body-based work with a small group of women who have carried too much for too long, and who are tired of being the one who holds it all together. First retreat or your tenth.
Questions
“Woo” means different things to different people, so I want to be clear about what it means here. The Regulated Woman Retreat is grounded in neuroscience, nervous system education, and how the brain and body respond to sustained stress.
When I say “not woo,” I mean that there are no crystals, energy healing, psychic interpretation, or assumptions about your religious or spiritual beliefs. You will not be asked to adopt a particular worldview, participate in someone else’s spirituality, or accept a spiritual or supernatural explanation for your experience.
That does not mean the retreat lacks depth, reflection, or symbolism. I use guided journaling, breathwork, movement, visualization, body-based regulation, and structured reflection as practical tools for noticing patterns, working with your physiological state, and connecting what you learn to your real life.
I may also use symbolic exercises, such as writing down and burning a survival pattern. These moments can be meaningful without being spiritual. I explain the purpose of the exercise, and you decide what it means to you.
You are welcome whether you are religious, spiritual, neither, skeptical, or still figuring that out.
Deep work. No required belief system. Your beliefs remain yours.
